We're hiring for passionate mobilizers who would like to contribute to the growth & generating livelihood opportunities & tribal development initiatives of our NGO

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for implementing the project in respective blocks
- Regularly conduct community meetings and counsel them for various skill development courses offered by the NGO
- Effective counselling & converting the beneficiaries into enrollments
- Look after batch finalization and documentation of all enrolled beneficiaries
- Conducting community meetings, creating awareness, generating & recording success stories
- Conducting monthly review meetings with trained beneficiaries and their families
- Assisting in all donor visits, certification programs, alumni meetups etc

**Experience/Requirements**:

- Experience in community & field mobilization
- Experience & knowledge of Skill Development projects
- 1-3 years experience in Social Work,Rural Development,Tribal Development,Community Mobilization
