**Responsibilities**:

- Manage kitchen inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Receive and inspect deliveries, addressing discrepancies.
- Maintain an organized storage system for easy access.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet their supply needs.
- Monitor and enforce food safety and storage practices.
- Generate reports on inventory levels and expenses.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in restaurant inventory management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Agra, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
