1. Preparation of monthly summary sheet of Staff attendance & Contract Labours attendance every month.

2. Preparation of OT register for both Staff and Contract Labours

3. Local Purchase if required.

4. Office Stationary - Indent requisition, procurement follow-up, issuance and control.

5. Petty Cash - Handling and dealing with Accounts Dept. for smooth functioning.

6. CLRA Return preparation and submission at DLC Office.

7. Preparation of Factory Returns & Submission there of at Factory Inspector’s office.

8. Govt. liasoning for Trade License, Fire License, Pollution and Factory License.

9. PF & ESIC related work.

10. Factory administration.

Location: Chandrannagar (Factory)

**Salary**: upto Rs. 19000/- (In Hand) with PF, ESIC and other benefits

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
