**Key Responsibilities:

**Guest Arrival & Departure**:
Warmly and professionally greet all guests at the hotel entrance.

Open vehicle and hotel doors for guests.Assist guests with unloading and loading luggage from vehicles.

Safely transport guest luggage to and from their rooms in an efficient and timely manner.

Escort guests to their rooms, providing a brief orientation of hotel amenities and room features.

Guest Services:Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance.Deliver messages, mail, packages, and other items to guest rooms.

Provide guests with information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Arrange transportation (e.g., taxis) for guests upon request.Assist with luggage storage for early arrivals and late departures.

**Lobby & Entrance Management**:
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, entrance, and bell desk area.

Ensure luggage carts are clean, well-maintained, and readily available.Monitor the main entrance, ensuring the area is clear and safe for guest traffic.

**Communication & Teamwork**:
Communicate effectively with the front desk, concierge, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.Inform the Bell Captain or Front Office Manager of any guest issues or special requests.

Maintain a complete understanding of all hotel policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and SkillsEducation**:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.Experience in the hospitality industry or as a Bell Boy is a significant advantage.

**Skills**:
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and listening abilities.

A professional and well-groomed appearance.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Basic knowledge of the local area and attractions is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Physical Requirements Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy luggage (up to 50 lbs / 23 kg).Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to push and pull luggage carts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per year
