**Experience**: 0-2 Years (Preference for experience in plant/manufacturing company)

**Educational Qualifications**: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and conference calls for plant management and departments, ensuring optimal use of time.
- Maintain, organize, and track important plant documentation, reports, and records. Ensure proper filing systems and easy retrieval of documents. Prepare and maintain accurate administrative reports for management.
- Ensure the office is fully stocked with necessary supplies (stationery, printers, etc.) and manage inventory to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate visitor schedules, handle communication with external vendors, and ensure that external parties have all required information for plant access or services.
- Oversee and coordinate the cleanliness and maintenance of the plant premises, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards.
- Assist in the allocation and scheduling of staff resources across plant departments, supporting operational efficiency and meeting staffing needs.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Familiarity with operations and administrative tasks in a plant/manufacturing facility or corporate setting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹320,000.00 per year
