Regional Enterprise Architect

**Regional Architect**:
Working with the countries of his/her region, he/she is the relay of the global architecture team. He/she supports local architects and IT team in their projects, reinforce global architecture principles and guidelines, explains the target functional architecture.

He/she is in charge of transforming ideas into software architecture. He/she validates each non-standard applicative choices with tech providers, or internal development teams. He/she leads the major technical studies. Must be open-minded, in interconnection with global and country Project architect and digital factories.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Proven track records on architecture in Azure cloud environment.
- Azure Cloud Architecture expertise: IaaS / PaaS / SaaS, new cloud services, Continuous Integration & Continuous development, monitoring/alerting, finops.
- Seasoned developer or technical lead with deep insight into newest technologies and trends.

**Behavioural competencies**:

- Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Business oriented mindset and pragmatism.
- Solution-oriented enabler mindset
- Experience working on projects that span multiple organizations and business units.
- Strong communication skills with ability to align organization on complex technical decisions. Capability to embark technical teams.
- Ability to engage with business and C-level stakeholders, explaining technology in non-technical terms.

**You’re a match**:

- Global architecture ambassador in his/her region. Maintaining continuous dialogue and alignment between global architecture team and local IT and architects.
- At least minimum of 10+years of development experience.
- Contribute & maintain the Regional IT landscape (Regional Blueprint, business capabilities, IT roadmap, decommission plan...).
- Leads Back-Office modernization activities and strategy for his/her region, in close collaboration with Global architecture teams.in order to ensure a global synergy (with other regions) : ERP implementation skills,
- Contribute to global technical stack, norms, and best practices definition.
- Communicate, explain, and enforce architecture principles and guidelines
- Co-define local project specific solution based on standards
- Assist Local IT in their projects, support local architect (if any).
- Animate a regional architecture community
- Realize his own technical watch (scope)
- Fosters mutli-country approach, reusability, and bridges between entities
- Bachelors/Masters in Technical/Engineering degree
- Knowledge of French will be a bonus
- Approximately. 30% travel to the Countries in the Region
