Civil/architect Draughtsman

Pune Maharashtra, India A Square Architects Full time

1. He/ She has to carry out all work assigned to him by senior draftsman for making of municipal drawings.

2. Taking out all blue prints for submission to municipal authorities as per the check list

3. Submission of on-line data as directed by Senior Architect to relevant governing authorities.

4. Making drawings for getting Fire NOC

5. On the advice of senior draftsman start submission municipal drawings to Municipal authorities.

6. Regular follow up with municipal authorities as per check list for timely approvals.

7. Any other work can be assigned to junior draftsman as deemed necessary by the management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 20/01/2025
