**Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, or Galileo to make flight reservations, issue tickets, and manage bookings.

2. Provide excellent customer service to clients, assisting with inquiries, changes, cancellations, and other ticketing-related matters.

3. Ensure accuracy in ticket issuance, including verifying passenger information, flight details, and pricing.

4. Stay updated with airline regulations, fare rules, and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.

5. Collaborate with other team members to streamline ticketing processes and improve efficiency.

6. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to ticketing and bookings promptly and professionally.

7.Assist with other duties as assigned by the management team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,496.81 - ₹40,129.47 per month
