We are looking for experienced Recruitment professionals to work as **Freelance Recruiters (BFSI) **on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity - commission based.
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.
- Preferably having prior recruitment experience [ non sales / sales & non IT / IT ] for positions from mid to senior levels (top management)
- Experience in handling positions from mid to senior level

**Required Skills**:

- Manage expectations with the hiring managers.
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
- Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work.
- Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.

**Work Timing**:5 Hours

**Required Experience**:0-5 Years ( Fresher also can Apply)

This is purely a performance **commission based role**. This is meant for people who are strictly looking for work from home.
