**Job Description: On-Site Auditor - Security & Loss Prevention (FMCG & Retail)**

**Position**: On-Site Auditor (Security & Loss Prevention)
**Location**: BANGALORE
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Audits**:

- Perform on-site physical inventory checks at FMCG and retail outlets.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records to identify discrepancies.
- Highlight and report gaps to relevant teams for resolution.
- **Loss Prevention**:

- Assess and implement loss prevention measures during audits.
- Identify and report issues like shrinkage, pilferage, and wastage, suggesting corrective actions.
- **Checklist Audits**:

- Conduct operational and compliance audits using pre-defined checklists.
- Verify adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- **Reporting & Recommendations**:

- Prepare detailed reports summarizing audit findings.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and minimize risks.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with store staff and managers to address issues and implement solutions.
- Build effective working relationships to support corrective actions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in inventory audits, loss prevention, or related fields (preferred).
- **Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in FMCG or retail audits.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and barcoding.
- Strong analytical and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Must own a **two-wheeler** for travel to audit sites.
- Willingness to travel extensively as required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and report preparation.
