Internal Auditor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and execute internal audits across all business units and branches to assess compliance, financial controls, and operational efficiency.
- Identify potential financial and operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable insights and present findings to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations.
- Monitor financial reporting systems and assist in improving control mechanisms.
- Travel to various locations for periodic audits and reviews as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6-10 years in finance and internal audit, preferably in retail, FMCG, or consumer electronics sectors.
- **Education**: CA / CA Inter/ CMA
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and risk assessment.
- Excellent analytical and report-writing skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for audits.
- High integrity and commitment to professional ethics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
