This role is pivotal in ensuring that our teachers, non-teaching staff, and leadership team possess the required competencies to deliver exceptional educational outcomes.

- Integrated Curriculum development
- Competency mapping and assessment

- Continuous development of school leaders/teachers with a cycle of observation and feedback building school capacity
- Proven experience in conducting competency assessments in an educational setting.

**Educational Qualification and Skill**:

- A bachelor's or master’s degree in education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong research background with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to improving teaching and learning.
- Knowledge of the local educational landscape in Gujarat is an added advantage.

**Remuneration**:Commensurate with experience
