HANDLING ALL RESERVATION INQUIRIES WHILE MAINTAINING A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH TRAVEL AGENTS AND CUSTOMERS.
- MANAGE AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE INFORMATION IN THE RESERVATION SYSTEM.
- ENSURING GUEST REQUIREMENTS ARE MET BY LIAISING WITH HOTEL TEAMS.
- ENSURING AN EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ON ALL GUEST COMMUNICATION CHANNELS.
- ACTIVELY SELL HOTEL FACILITIES AND PROMOTIONS WITH A POSITIVE UPSELLING APPROACH.
- UPDATING RESERVATIONS REPORTS AND SYSTEM WITH ACCURATE INFORMATION.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
