How We Work?
We love to work together and collaborate in our teams, which is why we opted for a hybrid model, allowing us to work from the office 2-3 times per week.

Mission and Goals

Objectives:
- Development - Design and build database and data engineering solutions to serve needs across the organization.- Management - Install, configure, monitor, and manage databases like MSSQL Server, SSAS, SSIS in Azure, AWS and GCP multiple data center and / or multiple regions.-
- Integration - Plan and build data integrations between systems. Figure out the best way to share information and build the technology needed to execute.- Performance Tuning - Build highly performant NoSQL/RDBMS solutions and help troubleshoot problem areas for unmatched performance and reliability.- Stewardship - Own or support the data definitions and lineage across our organization. Define systems of record and catalog operational and nonoperational data stores. Consult with features teams on how to get them the data they need.- Pipelining - Engineer reusable capabilities and pipelines for DML, DDL, maintenance, and ETL needs that can be shared across teams.- Operations - Manage database operations, cover oncall, accessibility tools, security, and develop and manage solutions for observability and monitoring.- Mentoring - Help teach other team members about data architecture, and also be a consultant for developers who need help with data.- Learning - Stay current on technical knowledge and tooling to help the team utilize new technologies.

Competencies:
- Bachelor's Degree- 5+ years of experience on Oracle databases.- 4+ years of experience in a DBA role, primarily with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and later.- 3+ years on PostgreSQL and MySQL & RDS.- 3+ years of experience in Oracle Golden Gate.- Experience in OLTP environments and proficient in SQL server installations, administration, updates, and upgrades.- Create and manage multiple databases, assist in capacity planning and monitor system's health and performance.- Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security.- Create and maintain High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions for SQL Server.- Maintain data integrity and security (manage roles and permissions of database users).- Develop strategies and implement solutions for managing back-ups, restoration, and replication.- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes including diagrams of database infrastructure.- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.- Great team player and time-management skills- Strong experience in Azure, AWS and GCP public clouds- Master’s Degree- Experience with data lake, data warehouse and data mart is big plus.- Certification in RDBMS or NoSQL Databases.- Azure, AWS and GCP Certification.
