We are looking for a detail-oriented **Quality Control Officer** to join our team and ensure our products consistently meet the regulatory and quality expectations of both national and international markets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **quality checks on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished goods** as per FSSAI, GMP, and internal specifications.
- Perform **chemical and physical tests** to evaluate product safety, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain and review **test records, COAs, calibration logs, and SOPs** in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to **GMP, FDA, HACCP, and ISO 22000** quality systems.
- Conduct **root cause analysis** and implement **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)** for non-conformance or deviations.
- Coordinate with R&D, production, and QA teams for **new product validations, process improvements**, and batch release decisions.
- Ensure proper calibration and functioning of laboratory instruments and cleanliness of QC lab.
- Stay updated with **FSSAI guidelines and Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia**.

**Key Skills Required**
- Sound knowledge of **FSSAI regulations, Ayurvedic quality norms, and ISO/GMP documentation**.
- Experience with **lab testing instruments** (pH Meter, Gravity, Moisture Analyzer, Ash etc.).
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple product lines (Ayurvedic, nutraceuticals).
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
