**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist in managing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Maintain and update records in Excel spreadsheets accurately.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience in office administration, calling, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Faridabad.
