**Job Title**: Telecaller (Male, B Pharma) - Mother Hospital, Hisar

**Location**: Inside Nagori Gate, Near Goswami Sweets, Hisar, Haryana

Mother Hospital is a leading healthcare center dedicated to delivering exceptional and compassionate care to patients. We are seeking a **Male Telecaller** with a **B Pharma** qualification, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of the medical field to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Speak politely and professionally with patients over the phone.
- Provide information about hospital services and answer queries.
- Schedule patient appointments and update records accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and hospital staff for smooth operations.
- Make follow-up and reminder calls to patients.

**Requirements**:

- **B Pharma** degree is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and empathetic with patients.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).

**Experience**:

- Experience in telecalling or patient handling in the medical field preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Best in industry (based on skills & experience) + Attractive Incentives
**Working Hours**: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
**Weekly Off**: Sunday
