**Roles and Responsibility**

Role: Associate (L12)
- Overall experience of at least 0-2 years.
- Proficiency in Catia V5, Catia V5 EHI
- Basic knowledge of aerospace design
- Good understanding of Engineering Drawing is must.
- Good communication, verbal & written.
- Should be an excellent and dynamic team player.

Role: Analyst (L11)
- Overall experience of at least 3-8 years.
- Good experience in Airbus A350 or A320 Program on Electrical system installation (ESI)
- Proficiency in A350/A320 electrical harness 3D Design, Full 3D Design, 2D Design & checks
- Experience on Airbus Tools & Methods is must.
- Good understanding of Engineering Drawing is must.
- Should be an excellent and dynamic team player.
- Airbus VPM and PASS certificate is added advantage

Role: Senior Analyst (L10) Engineering Service Senior Analyst
- Overall experience of at least 9 to 12 years.
- Good experience in Airbus A350 or A320 Program on Electrical system installation (ESI)
- Proficiency in A350/A320 electrical harness 3D Design, Full 3D Design, 2D Design and checks
- Experience on Airbus Tools & Methods is must.
- Good understanding of Engineering Drawing is must.
- Should be able to train the team on various topics with respect to 3D Harness design
- Good communication, verbal and written.
- Should be an excellent and dynamic team player.
- Responsible for customer interaction.
- Responsible for managing quality document (KPIs, RCA etc.) and report to the Management in the absence of the Lead.
- Airbus VPM and PASS certificate is added advantage

Role: Asst. Manager (L9)
- Overall experience of at least 14 to 18 years.
- Technical Project Management
- Strong experience in Airbus A350 and A320 Program on Electrical system installation (ESI)
- Customer technical interface
- Technical assistance for the team on A350 or A320 electrical harness 3D Design, Full 3D Design, 2D Design and checks
- Team training on A350 or A320 electrical harness 3D Design, Full 3D Design, 2D Design and checks
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication, verbal and written.
- Should be an excellent and dynamic team player and leader.
- Responsible for customer interaction.
- Responsible for managing quality document (KPIs, RCA etc.) and report to the Management in the absence of the Lead.
- Airbus VPM and PASS certificate is added advantage

Role: Asst. Manager (L8)
- Overall experience of at least 18+ years.
- Technical Project Management
- Strong experience in Airbus A350 and A320 Program on Electrical system installation (ESI)
