Job Title**:DISPLAY COORDINATOR**

Location**:Jayanagar, Bangalore.**

**Job Description**:
**Seeking a dynamic and pro-active Display Coordinator passionate about tiles and ceramics, dedicated to crafting captivating visual displays that showcase our products in retail environments, showrooms, and exhibitions. Your primary goal is to optimize the availability and visibility of our products in retail outlets. Manage the end-to-end process of merchandise orders, from placement to delivery, and maintain constant communication with outlets to provide updates on order status and resolve any issues that may arise.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing all orders of merchandises and continuously coordinating with the outlets on the status of the orders.
- Work with the product team to provide the most recent information on product continuity, then notify the outlets.
- Monitoring the products that are active or inactive in each outlet and making data -reports of the sales conversion and movement of each sample.
- Coordinating with the supplier regarding the status of merchandise orders.
- Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to merchandise orders, deliveries, or quality, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure outlets adhere to company policies and standards related to merchandise handling, display, and pricing, conducting regular audits and providing feedback as needed to maintain consistency and quality across locations.
- Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and input from outlets to forecast demand for merchandise, then allocate inventory accordingly to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory or stockouts.

**Requirements**:

- 12+, Diploma, Degree in any stream
- Proficient in basic computer operations
- Excellent communication skill
- Ready to undertake travel responsibilities
- Experience in accounting software is an added advantage
- Languages - ENGLISH, KANNADA AND HINDI (mandatory)
