**Responsibilities**:

- Taking inbound calls to ensure that due procedure and quality standards are strictly adhered to.
- Attend training session and take support, wherever required
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Ensure that clients / customers are happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response & resolutions to their challenges at all times.
- Cross Sale and Upsell

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 year of experience

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹425,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance

Work Location: In person
