Job Title: SEO Specialist with Website Development and Design Skills

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist with a strong background in website development and design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or custom HTML/CSS.
- Collaborate with the design team to create aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly websites.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Perform keyword research and optimise web content for search engines.
- Implement technical SEO improvements such as site speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile responsiveness.
- Work on link-building strategies, outreach campaigns, and content marketing to improve website authority.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Ensure that web design elements follow SEO best practices, including proper use of headings, meta tags, alt texts, and more.
- Work closely with content creators to ensure SEO guidelines are followed in blogs, landing pages, and other website copy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in SEO with a solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
- Strong knowledge of website development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or similar.
- Experience with web design principles, UX/UI best practices, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Familiarity with technical SEO aspects such as crawling, indexing, and ranking factors.
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve website performance.
- Knowledge of website speed optimization, image compression, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- Experience with eCommerce platforms like WooCommerce, Shopify, or Magento.
- Knowledge of paid search campaigns (PPC) and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with content management and optimization tools like Yoast, RankMath, or All-in-One SEO.
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
