**Hiring for: A high-energy, tech-savvy hustler who can drive sales on luxury fashion portals.** **Key Responsibilities**: **Sales Growth on Niche luxury fashion portals**: - Maximize conversions by optimizing product listings (descriptions, images, keywords). **Order & Customer Handling**: - Instant response to customer queries (size, customization, shipping). - Coordinate with Pernia’s/AZA/NYKAA, etc teams to ensure smooth order processing. - Handle returns/exchanges. **Data-Driven Hustle**: - Analyze portal analytics (best-selling designs, peak traffic times). - Push slow-moving inventory via targeted promotions (collab with portals). **Upselling & CRM**: - Turn one-time buyers into repeat clients (post-purchase follow-ups). - Maintain a VIP client list for exclusive previews/offers. **We Want Someone Who**: - Talks like a sales shark, not a sleepy clerk: No "I’ll wait for orders" attitude. - Has sold luxury/fashion before: Experience with Pernia’s, AZA, Nykaa Fashion, or Instagram boutiques is a huge plus. - Types at 100 WPM: Quick replies win sales. - Lives for targets: Shares screenshots of past sales wins in the interview. - Knows Excel/Google Sheets: Tracks orders, margins, and customer data. **Perks**: - **Performance bonuses** (extra ₹ for hitting targets). - **Growth path** to Senior Sales/Operations roles.
