Qc and Production Trainee

Responsible to prepare work order plan before evening for the next day and ensure that the target is executed on time
- Prepare weekly work order plan for the distributor as per the PO raised from the distributor
- Ensure that maximum cost effective work plan is prepared for the production department and asst. Production in charge is responsible to avoid unavailability of stock in the warehouse
- Implement job rotation system in the organization to avoid in efficiency of staff in different area of production
- Ensure that the Process policies of the organization is properly following in the organization
- Ensure that hygiene factors like mask, sanitizer etc.must be maintained in the production house properly
- Prepare quality check points after each point and ensure that the quality points are verified in each process in the organization
- Ensure that the team is following the same dress code in the organization and ensure the efficiency of parameters they satisfied in the organization
- Ensure that pest control machines are properly placed in the organization and responsible to execute proper pest control activities in frequent basis
- Create documents for periodical maintenance of the machinery and ensure that the periodical maintenance are executed on time
- Ensure that 5 S cleaning method is executed in the factory on time and properly

- Ensure that each and every process in production are documented properly and ensure the standardization for the production and output for the production
- Ensure that there is no shortage for workers in any season**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
