
Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Summary: As a Real Estate Agent/Executive at WeMax Realty, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating property transactions for clients. You will leverage your knowledge of the local real estate market, develop client relationships, and guide buyers and sellers through the entire real estate process.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Representation: Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by understanding their needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with accurate information about property values, market trends, and neighborhood statistics.
Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, including preparing marketing materials, taking professional photos, and hosting open houses.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements on behalf of clients, aiming to achieve favorable outcomes while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Documentation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other necessary documentation related to real estate transactions.
Networking: Build and maintain relationships with clients, other real estate professionals, and potential leads to generate business and expand your client base.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service throughout the transaction process, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Compliance: Stay informed about local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations to ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements.
Professional Development: Continuously update your knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and staying informed about industry trends.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Licensing: Valid real estate license in Karnataka.
Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales or related field is preferred but not required. We welcome both experienced agents and newcomers.

Proficiency in using real estate software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
