- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and organizational quality objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, facilities, and documentation to identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures across all departments and functional areas within the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance activities, including audit reports, corrective action plans, and quality management system documentation.
- Ensure that documentation meets regulatory requirements and is accessible to authorized personnel for review and reference.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret quality-related data, including key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends, to identify areas of concern and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing quality performance, trends, and areas for action, and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address them.
