Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Answering Healthcare Inquiries: Handle incoming calls from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals seeking information and assistance.

Medical Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding healthcare services, medical conditions, treatment options, and facility locations.

Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in scheduling medical appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.

Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information, eligibility, and coverage for medical services.

Patient Support: Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and caregivers, especially during stressful or sensitive situations.

Medical Records Access: Facilitate access to medical records, test results, and documentation as needed, while ensuring patient privacy and compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Complaint Resolution: Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback professionally and effectively, escalating issues as necessary.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with patients to ensure their satisfaction and gather feedback on their healthcare experience.

Electronic Health Record (EHR) Usage: Utilize electronic health record systems to access patient information and update records as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Healthcare-related certification or degree is a plus.

**Ready to work at night shift.**

Prior experience in healthcare call centres, patient services, or a related field will be preferred.

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes will be preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanour.

Active listening skills to understand and address patient and caregiver concerns.

Ability to handle sensitive and emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive attitude, patience, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
