**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and feedback, reporting this information to management.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up visits or calls to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research**: Gather feedback from customers about product satisfaction and suggestions, and report this to management.
