Khopoli, India Fibre Foils Ltd. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end production operations of the corrugated plant **in Khopoli**:

- Monitor daily output to ensure targets are met in line with plant capacity (120 MT/month).
- Supervise and coordinate with machine operators and shop floor staff.
- Ensure maintenance and smooth functioning of semi-automatic machinery.
- Maintain quality standards and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Manage raw material inventory (kraft paper, ink, stitching wire, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain daily production and downtime reports.
- Assist in manpower planning, training.
- Coordinate with sales and dispatch team for timely deliveries.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Any Degree preferably with technical background. (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corrugated box manufacturing (semi-automatic preferred).
- Strong understanding of corrugation processes and quality control.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of safety protocols and maintenance best practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel or ERP systems (preferred).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
