**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Support**:

- Assist the accounts team in managing day-to-day financial operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and reports.
- Support reconciliation of accounts and ensure timely payments and collections.
- **Coordination with Banks**:

- Handle routine banking tasks such as cash deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
- Liaise with bank representatives to resolve account-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation for loans, overdrafts, and other financial transactions.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain records of financial transactions and internal documentation.
- Support inventory management and procurement of office supplies.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling team meetings.
- **External Role**:

- Conduct fieldwork such as submitting or collecting documents from banks, vendors, or government offices.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Assist in implementing tools better back-office management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
