**Job Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented **Tele Counselors** to engage with potential students, qualify leads, and drive enrollments. This role involves outbound calling, lead nurturing, and CRM updation, making it ideal for individuals with strong communication and persuasion skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Engagement & Qualification**:
- Understand student interests and provide initial counseling on available courses.
- Identify high-potential leads and escalate them to the **Senior Counselor** or **Head Counselor** for further engagement.
- **Follow-up & Conversion**:
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective students.
- Address queries, clarify doubts, and encourage enrollments.
- Assist students in scheduling detailed counseling sessions.
- **CRM Management & Reporting**:
- Update and manage lead data in the CRM system.
- Track engagement and conversion rates, ensuring all interactions are logged.
- Provide daily reports on call outcomes and lead status.
**Key Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree completed or pursuing (Any field).
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or student counseling (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking (preferred).
