Finance Trainee

**About this role**:
The Financial Analyst Intern will assist the Financial Planning and Analysis teams with key activities such as headcount management and analysis through WorkDay, annual Budgeting and monthly Forecasting of revenues and expenses and monthly management reporting including variance analysis.

You’ll use reporting & data analysis to monitor and detect trends and irregularities. You’ll use Excel, dashboarding tools such as Power BI, and data analysis to monitor and improve processes and systems in close cooperation with Finance Subject Matter Experts.

**What you’ll need**:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, economics, statistics with a minimum GPA of 3.35 or aggregate marks of 55% and above
- A great communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change.
- Consistently high achiever marked by perseverance and positive outlook in the face of challenges.
- Able to work independently and in a group setting
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to learn new tools such as Power BI
