**Responsibilities**:.
- Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Communicate on all social media platforms
- Create engaging content for social media to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, in-salon workshops, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of clients and prospective customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the local market in Dewas is a plus.
