- California working Hours are 8 am - 5 pm. Own high-speed internet and can work remotely**_
- Receiving requirement requisition from hiring managers.
- Understanding JD and coordinating with hiring managers for clarification on queries.
- Taking 1st round of interviews for accessing preliminary skills.
- Coordinating with hiring managers for technical interview.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as HR Recruiter
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations

Pay:

- Base_- _Rs _50,000 per Month
- Bonus - Rs 30,000 per month_
