Graphic Designer

**Position Overview**:
We are looking to hire an experienced individual who exhibits proven Graphic design skills for a home décor brand. The role will be for someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment for creating visual assets to accurately reflect the brand for marketing collateral including marketplaces and Ads Creatives.

**Role Description**:

- Conceptualize and Design_:

- Lead the ideation and creation of visually engaging designs for a range of digital and print assets, including eCommerce PDP images, store banners, social media graphics, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate and Translate marketing objectives into creative and effective design solutions.
- Brand Guidelines:_
- Collaborate to update and communicate brand guidelines, ensuring that all design elements adhere to the established visual identity and messaging.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.
- Photography and Correction:_
- Oversee photography direction and collaborate with photographers to create high-quality product and lifestyle images.
- Proficient in image editing software for retouching, color correction, and ensuring the visual cohesiveness of the brand.
- Infographics and Data Visualization:_
- Create visually appealing infographics and data visualizations to effectively communicate complex information and statistics.
- Ensure that data-driven design elements align with the brand's aesthetic and messaging.
- Explore innovative ways to visually communicate complex ideas and messages.
- Motion Graphics:_
- Create dynamic and engaging motion graphics for use in videos, social media content, and other digital platforms.
- Stay updated on trends in motion design to incorporate relevant techniques into the brand's visual content.
- Add-on - Usability and User Experience:_
- Good to have the UX/UI understanding for taking Brand ahead, to ensure that graphic elements enhance overall user experience on digital platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing. Experience in eCommerce Industry in a Plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a closely related field
- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically with Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Demonstrated knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong graphic design portfolio that showcases thorough understanding of graphic design principles and best practices
- Experience with animation and motion graphics is a plus
