- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ForgeRock and/or other Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in managing ForgeRock upgrades.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in setting up and configuring Config and Token stores.
- Hands-on expertise in ForgeRock UI customization, script writing, and code development to extract assertion values from diverse data sources.
- Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive access management integration process, outlining technical integration templates and procedures.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues, particularly during priority incidents.
- Provide support for technical integration needs, encompassing design and development, to facilitate connectivity between Single Sign-On, directory, and provisioning tools.
- Possess a foundational understanding of Jenkins pipelines and CI/CD pipelines.
- Have practical experience with Azure Kubernetes (AKS) and possess basic knowledge of the Azure platform or any other cloud platform.
- Previous experience in configuring and setting up dashboards for monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, and Splunk.
