Danfoss is looking for a Supplier Quality Driver to Develop supplier’s quality and support strategic procurement projects. Drive supplier’s performance improvement at the divisional level.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support divisional and category sourcing strategies
- Challenge supplier segmentation
- Screening potential suppliers
- Deployment of Danfoss Supplier Quality Manual requirements
- Take part in the sourcing pre-approval
- Take part in the sourcing pre-approval
- Direct Supplier Monitoring and Development
- Identify and drive continuous improvements with selected suppliers
- Deployment of special characteristics at suppliers
- Identify critical subtier suppliers and take actions relevant to the risk
- Escalate unresolved supplier quality issues and initiate Top Worst Program
- Coaching suppliers on Danfoss specific requirements
- Develop a culture of accountability including targets and performance management
- Manage supplier audit program
- Perform manufacturing process audits at suppliers
- Conduct Gemba Walk at suppliers
- Prototype supplier assessment
- Prepare suppliers for requirements and milestones
- Monitor Supplier PPAP process results at the divisional level
- Deployment of change management practices at supplies
- Define requirements for changes with impact on multiple plants
- Supplier waiver and change requests
- Monitor supplier waivers and changes to strengthen risk mitigation
- Lead problem solving for complex quality issues
- Launch Controlled Shipments if necessary

**Background & Skills**:

- Gradation in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communicator & should have quality problem solving skills
- Should have strong knowledge in Quality tools
- Knowledge in PPAP & 2nd party audit
