**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Deliver Training Programs**:

- Design and conduct safety training sessions, including orientation programs for new employees and ongoing sessions for existing staff.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and manuals tailored to the organization's safety needs.
- **Monitor Compliance**:

- Ensure all employees complete mandatory safety training as required by law and organizational policies.
- Conduct assessments to verify knowledge retention and compliance with safety protocols.
- **Identify Training Needs**:

- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify gaps in safety practices.
- Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and develop training interventions.
- **Maintain Records**:

- Maintain detailed records of safety training sessions, attendance, and certifications.
- Generate reports on training effectiveness and compliance for internal and external audits.
- **Promote Safety Culture**:

- Act as a resource for employees and management on safety issues and best practices.
- Lead safety awareness campaigns and initiatives to foster a proactive approach to workplace safety.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of industry standards, regulations, and advancements in safety training techniques.
- Update training programs to reflect changes in legislation or company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Education, or a related field.
- Certification in safety training (e.g.,SLCP, FEM, HIGG AUDIT KNOWLEDGE or equivalent) preferred.
- Proven experience in safety training, workplace safety, or a related role.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
