*Job Description:*

*Role Overview:*

The Tally Backend Operator is responsible for managing and processing financial data using Tally software. This role involves maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and supporting the accounting team in day-to-day operations.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Data Entry:* Enter financial transactions, invoices, and receipts into Tally software with accuracy.

2. *Record Maintenance:* Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.

3. *Reconciliation:* Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and other financial documents.

4. *Data Analysis:* Assist in analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

5. *Compliance:* Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations.

6. *System Updates:* Regularly update and back up Tally software and ensure its optimal performance.
