Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand clients’ concerns, expectations, and aesthetic goals.
- Provide detailed explanations of available treatments, procedures, and associated benefits and risks.

2. Treatment Planning:

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on client requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with the medical and aesthetic team to ensure appropriate recommendations.

3. Education & Guidance:

- Educate clients about pre
- and post-treatment care to achieve the best outcomes.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

4. Sales & Promotion:

- Inform clients about ongoing promotions, packages, and loyalty programs.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective counselling and relationship-building.

5. Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach to building strong client relationships.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-ups.

6. Record Keeping:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including treatment history and preferences.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, aesthetics, or cosmetology).
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role in the aesthetics, wellness, or beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures, including skincare, lasers, injectables, and more.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, approachable, and capable of building trust with clients.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Telugu,English,Hindi.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
