We are looking for a career-oriented folk who has extensive knowledge in Digital Marketing.

We are a Startup India (an initiative by Govt of India) recognized company headquartered in Nagpur (India), TLM has a lot to offer when it comes to lead generation and appointment setting. We act as an extended arm for many of our clients based out in the US, Canada & Australia to support their sales process.
**Team Size**
We are a 105+ employees company and onboarding many more clients.
Location - Ganeshpeth, Nagpur (Near Central Bus Stand)
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Responsible for getting the basics in place to make the website readable to bots like incorporating webmaster, Google Tag manager, Adword & Google Analytics, etc.
- Create a regular measurement report for SEO performance.
- Messaging, Like & Subscribe strategy for social media audience.
- Create a detailed content plan for publishing information on various SMO platform.
- Find ways to increase engagement - influencer marketing
- Find ways to engage in relevant ongoing discussions - social listening
- Experience on PPC will be an added advantage.

**Key Skills**
*
- Excellent knowledge of Google SEO Process
- Good Knowledge of Keyword Selection with the help of Google Adwords, Analytic & other Tools
- Create a keyword plan to align with customer search intents (and queries).
- Make sure the website is healthy and functioning the right way with Sitemap.
- Good Knowledge of On Page SEO rectifications.
- Strong Player of Off Page Promotions, including Back linking, Article & News Submission etc.

Required Qualification*- Any Graduate/Post Graduate
**Experience** -Minimum 1 year
