**Position**: Safety Officer
**Experience**: 2 to 5 years

**Salary Range**: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA).
- Coordinate safety training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in JHA, HIRA, and conducting safety audits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
