**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify relevant tenders from government and private portals (e.g., GeM, eProcurement, etc.)
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical requirements
- Prepare and compile all necessary documents and ensure compliance with tender specifications
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, technical, legal, finance) to gather required information
- Submit tenders on time through online and offline modes
- Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Coordinate with clients and procurement authorities for tender clarification and updates
- Track tender results and prepare bid status reports for management
- Ensure timely renewal of registrations, certifications, and licenses needed for bidding
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bid management processes

**Key Requirements**:

- Master's degree in Business, Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in tendering, bid management, or procurement
- Strong knowledge of tender submission processes on government portals (GeM, eProc, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Immediate availability for joining is **highly preferred**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [Steel Trading, Railway ( Bridge, Track ) construction.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with costing and pricing strategies in bids

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
