**Key Responsibilities/Areas of Influence**:
**Customer and Driver Coordination**:

- Manage the coordination of product deliveries by acting as a liaison between customers, warehouses, drivers, and clients.
- Effectively schedule and ensure timely service while handling rescheduling or order cancellations as needed.

**Issue Management and Escalation**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and drivers.
- Address and resolve on-road issues, delivery complaints, and concerns professionally, escalating to supervisors when required.

**Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure the accurate filing of client paperwork and driver credentials.
- Maintain compliance with USA-based transportation industry regulations, including OTR and drayage load operations.

**Invoicing and Billing**:

- Coordinate with project and production teams to ensure timely issuance of invoices for completed projects.
- Check transporter bills and quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure all cost targets are met.

**Communication and Updates**:

- Keep all stakeholders informed regarding delivery status and operational updates.

**Logistics Cost Optimization**:

- Achieve planned targets for logistics costs and work towards optimizing transportation expenditures without compromising service quality.

**Business Development and Market Expansion**:

- Actively identify, approach, and onboard new customers and opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners to expand the company’s network.
- Stay updated on freight market trends and seize opportunities to maximize profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics role in the USA-based transportation industry.
- **Knowledge Base**: Strong understanding of freight brokerage operations, OTR and drayage loads, market trends, and transportation regulations.

**Skills**:

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
- Proficiency in freight management systems (TMS), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Personal Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
