**Position**: Accounting Associate

**Experience**: Min. 1 year
**Qualification**: B.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)

**Responsibilities**:

- Record and process journal entries accurately and on time
- Maintain petty cash records and associated documents
- Create and manage purchase orders, sales invoices, and bills
- Generate E‑Way Bills for goods movement as per statutory requirements
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and maintain supporting documents
- Assist in compiling primary data for MIS reports and monthly financial summaries
- Handle bank‑related documentation and other finance tasks as assigned

**Required Skills**:

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial documentation
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or any ERP)
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team
