We are looking to hire an experienced & certified yoga instructor cum fitness expert for the prenatal & postnatal categories. She would be responsible for performing yoga poses & exercises using correct methods & safety guidelines. She should be very high in ownership and take the responsibility to guide the team and scale the yoga vertical of Healofy's digital programme.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead & conduct online yoga cum fitness classes for pregnant & postpartum moms
- Guide moms for meditation & breathwork
- Prepare moms for healthy natural birth & quicker postpartum recovery
- Reduce chances of preterm birth through guided yoga methods
- Assess moms to understand their fitness level & health
- Modify fitness plans based on needs or health issues such as pregnancy constipation, back pain etc.
- Conduct Online group as well as individual fitness training sessions in a fun & interactive way
- Work in tandem with multiple teams to develop or improve the quality of the programme.
- Monitor performance by setting processes, defining key metrics, and creating performance benchmarks
- Willingness to be the face of Healofy's mental wellness verticle.

Job Requirements
- Experience of 3 years or more
- Yoga certification from a recognized institute
- Hands-on experience in training pregnant & postpartum moms
- Well-versed with Lamaze techniques & Perineal massages
- Seasoned in preparing moms for natural birth
- Knowledge of the Chakra System, Pranayama, mantra and mindful meditation.
- People with high ownership & responsibility would be preferred
- Availability on weekends and public holidays would be an added benefit
- Mode of work is Hybrid

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week

Pay: ₹200.76 - ₹500.48 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
