Telesales Executive

The Telesales Representative is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote and sell products or services. The role requires a strong understanding of the product, effective communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers to drive sales and achieve targets.
**Key Responsibilities:Telesales Duties**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Deliver scripted and unscripted sales pitches persuasively.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or previous interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support during and after the sale.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and promotions.
**Product Knowledge Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of all products/services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on new products, features, changes, and industry trends.
- Communicate product benefits clearly and confidently to customers.
- Tailor product presentations to meet specific customer needs.
- Answer customer questions accurately and provide relevant solutions.
- Report customer feedback on products to relevant departments (e.g., marketing, product development).
Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹300.00 per month
