**Mission Statement**:
This is a Medical Officer role which will be based in Mysore location. This role will support the occupational health, HSE team and location management in conducting health and well-being programs.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Management of OHC independently. Provide healthcare & clinical services to all employees of the company.
- Take responsibility and manage occupational health centers
- staffing, vendor management, documentation, ambulance management etc.
- Management of hospitalized cases - good network with hospitals and doctors.
- Knowledge of factories act and Risk assessments. To adhere to all statutory, legal and audit compliances.
- Management of incidents.
- Conduct pre-employment, periodic health checks, trainings etc.
- Disease outbreak management
- provide consultation, manage hospitalization etc.
- Conduct vaccination drives and other health initiatives as directed.
- To implement all medical services and activities advised by Country Occupational Health Advisor in alignment with company policy.
- Ethical and high level of integrity is expected.
- Well versed with Ergonomics and Industrial hygiene assessment.

**Your Background**:

- MBBS degree preferred.
- 5-7 years experience, preferably in big corporates & manufacturing industries.
- AFIH /DIH certification is mandatory.
- Fluent in local language.
- Good in written and verbal communication.
- Good in computer - MS office.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
