**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Deliver engaging lessons in Chemistry for classes 11 and 12, following the curriculum guidelines.
- Ensure students grasp fundamental concepts and advanced topics in chemistry through lectures, practical demonstrations, and experiments.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with academic standards.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer periodic tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, ensuring continuous improvement and understanding.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and assist in preparing for board exams.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and productive learning environment.
- Implement strategies for effective classroom discipline and student engagement.
- Address individual learning needs and provide additional support to students who require assistance.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Collaborate with the department to develop and update curriculum content and instructional strategies.
- Participate in workshops, training, and seminars to stay updated with new teaching methodologies and educational tools.
- **Practical Lab Supervision**:

- Oversee the Chemistry laboratory, ensuring the safe and effective use of laboratory equipment and chemicals.
- Guide students in conducting experiments and lab work, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- **Parent and Staff Communication**:

- Maintain open communication with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Attend staff meetings, participate in school activities, and contribute to the overall academic and extracurricular growth of the institution.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of Chemistry and the ability to convey complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Proven ability to teach and manage senior secondary students with patience and efficiency.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning processes.
- Strong commitment to student development, both academically and personally.
- Familiarity with school administration tools, grading systems, and educational platforms.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Master’s degree in Chemistry (M.Sc.) or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in teaching Chemistry at the senior secondary level.
- Prior experience with school laboratory management.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering academic excellence.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
