**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop product packaging that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create visually compelling graphics for various packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and inserts.
- Collaborate with the product development and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Ensure all designs are print-ready and meet the technical specifications for production.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Assist in creating other marketing materials as needed, such as brochures, social media graphics, and advertisements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- 6-12 months of proven experience in graphic design, specifically in product packaging.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your product packaging design work.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of printing processes and production techniques is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in the consumer goods or retail industry.
- Basic knowledge of 3D design software (e.g., Adobe Dimension).
