We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Bread Baker to join our bakery team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality bread products on a daily basis, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance. This role requires a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Bread Production**:

- Mix, knead, shape, proof, and bake a variety of breads including artisanal loaves, rolls, and specialty breads.
- Follow recipes and baking techniques to ensure consistent quality.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor dough fermentation and baking times to achieve desired results.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area and equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and ensure efficient production.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards.
- Follow proper handling and storage of ingredients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bread Baker, preferably in a bakery or similar environment.
- Knowledge of different types of bread and baking techniques.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of flour and other ingredients.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Team player with good communication skills.
